2. Order

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, invoicing and delivery address.

If there is something wrong with the order, please contact us immediately via e-mail to [email protected], enter your order number in the title.

The return must be sent to the address included in the package.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 2-14 days (depending on where in the world you are). NOTE! Orders on the weekends will be sent no earlier than the following Monday. We reserve the right to change shipping methods and shipping companies other than those selected at checkout.

Uncollected packages

Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 300 which will be deducted from the amount we may have to repay. If the purchase is less than this amount, the customer is automatically liable for payment and must pay the difference without delay, however, no later than within 10 days of the product being returned to us.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in EURO and SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices caused by supplier price changes, incorrect prints in the price list and price errors due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of withdrawal

When you buy goods on the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you receive an item that you have ordered.

5.1. When you exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us in advance before returning your item. The message should be sent to us at [email protected] In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the goods to which the return applies must be clear.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after you receive your item.

We will, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, refund what you have paid for the item minus any shipping costs as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You are responsible for return costs when you return the item. When using our shipping note, a cost of SEK 99 within Sweden and the actual shipping cost plus SEK 49 for the rest of the world will be deducted from the amount that may be refunded. If you choose to have the consignment note sent home separately by post, there will be an additional cost for this, which is currently SEK 29. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods and for size changes.


Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. You are responsible for delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products must therefore be delivered well packaged and in the original packaging without damage to packaging including all remaining labels that must remain on the product. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.

Products that have been washed or used more than just tried.

Products that have defeated audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you

For a custom-made product that has been tailored specifically to you or that has a clear personal touch to your wishes.

Underwear where the packaging is broken / opened.

Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed that the service will be started without the right of withdrawal

Products where labels or other markings have been removed from the product.

Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food, beverages and certain cosmetics.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies / organizations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Complaints and grievances

We inspect all products before sending them to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to remedy the defect free of charge

The complaint must be sent immediately after the error is discovered.

6.1 How should you complain?

Any errors and errors must always be reported to [email protected] where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error. This must be done no later than 14 days after purchase.

If we are unable to correct the defect or deliver a similar product, we will compensate you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We handle return shipping for approved complaints

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the State's complaints, see www.arn.se.

7. Limitation of liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may be the result of the product

We take no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the company's decision. These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for changes in products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product information

We reserve the right to make any printing errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

9. Cookie information

According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website for information purposes must be informed that cookies are used.
