2. Order

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, invoicing and delivery address.

If there is something wrong with the order, please contact us immediately by email to [email protected], enter your order number in the title.

3. DeliveryOur normal delivery times are 3-14 days (depending on where in the world you are). NOTE! 4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in EURO and SEK. All prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices caused by supplier price changes, incorrect prints in the price list and price errors due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of withdrawal

When you buy goods on the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you receive an item that you have ordered.

5.1. When you exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us at

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be delivered well packaged and in the original packaging including all remaining labels that must remain on the product.

In the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product.

6. Complaints and grievances

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item

The complaint must be sent immediately after the error is discovered.

We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and final sale of products.
